ANEDIK KRITIKOS selects SOFTONE’s innovative SHOPRANOS Digital Commerce platform to create a modern B2B e-commerce store
ANEDIK KRITIKOS, one of Greece’s largest supermarket chains with 417 Kritikos-branded stores (361 corporate and 56 franchise) and serving 487 stores in wholesale sales, has adopted SOFTONE’s SHOPRANOS Digital Commerce platform to develop a modern B2B e-commerce store, significantly upgrading its order management process as part of its broader digital transformation of daily operations.
Utilizing the built-in templates and advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technologies of the SHOPRANOS Digital Commerce platform for automatic content creation (such as product descriptions and SEO strategies), ANEDIK KRITIKOS quickly, easily, and cost-effectively created an efficient B2B e-shop, ensuring continuous order flow without errors and delays.
Integrated with the company’s ERP system, the innovative platform fully automates the store ordering process, ensuring synchronization and updates (of systems) for products, prices, orders, and inventory. The solution also works with SOFTONE’s SHOPRANOS Enterprise Mobility mobile application used by the company’s sales representatives, fully covering the increased needs and requirements of managing B2B sales through alternative channels.
Sotiris Dimkas, IT Director of Franchise Northern Greece at ANEDIK KRITIKOS, stated: “With the comprehensive SHOPRANOS Digital Commerce digital platform, we developed a modern and functional B2B e-shop that stands out for its reliability and advanced design, while significantly improving the order-taking process. The platform’s capability to effectively manage ANEDIK KRITIKOS’s extensive product catalog has allowed us to increase our productivity and enhance overall satisfaction for both our partners and sales representatives. The continuous support from the SOFTONE team was crucial to the successful implementation of the project.”
