INDITEX Hellas invests in SoftOne’s certified e-invoicing and myDATA management cloud services.
INDITEX HELLAS has chosen SoftOne (Certified E-invoicing Service Provider by the IAPR and member of Olympia Group of companies) and its cloud-based solutions to embark on its digital transformation and fully comply with the existing Greek myDATA legislation for E-Books.
SoftOne EINVOICING has been fully integrated with INDITEX’s existing business software, enabling both its brands’ retail stores and online platforms (ZARA, PULL & BEAR, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, ZARA HOME and Uterqüe) to instantly issue and digitally transmit receipts and invoices to the IAPR. In addition, the company is currently implementing ECOS myDATA service in order to simplify myDATA management and remain aligned with all relevant IAPR requirements for the E-Books data transmission.
Utilizing pioneering technologies, SoftOne EINVOICING connects in real-time with any ERP system available in the market and the IAPR, helping retail companies to issue receipts without using a fiscal device, directly from their business software. In less than a second, automatically transmitting them to the IAPR’s myDATA platform!
Also compatible with any ERP system, ECOS myDATA management solution leverages all existing system entries, undertaking the digital transmission of fiscal data to the IAPR’s myDATA platform, without upfront investments, maintenance costs or technical adjustments to the IT installation.
