Cityzen has chosen ECOS myDATA for its E-Books management

Cityzen Parking & Services, the market leader in car parks operation in Greece with 25 parking stations and 13.500 parking spots, has chosen SoftOne’s ECOS myDATA cloud solution to simplify myDATA management and remain aligned with the IAPR’s requirements for the E-Books data transmission.

ECOS myDATA cloud service has been fully integrated with Cityzen’s existing business software, without any additional investment cost or technical adjustments. Utilizing pioneering cloud technologies, ECOS myDATA enables Cityzen to fully comply with the IAPR’s requirement for the E-Books data transmission and efficiently manage all of its documents (> 1.000.000/year), thus it frees up the company from any initial (and ongoing) investment as well as any complex, cost-adding adjustment to its existing IT installation.

In addition, it enables Cityzen to instantly download all expense documents issued by third parties and automatically match them with its ERP’s entries, detecting this way any transaction that hasn’t been timely transmitted by the document’s issuer.
